CGS Global. About Us

What I built this on.

What CGS Is

Here's what I've learned. We are not what we think. We are what we do.

So I built CGS on that. Not on what anyone says, what they mean to do, or what they believe about themselves. On rhythm. On habit. What actually gets repeated, by me, by my team, by anyone who works with us.

Everyone else tells you what they're going to build, then spends their time building it. Hoping they get it right while you wait and hope along with them.

I built it first. On myself, before you. I won't ask you to trust something I haven't already proven works on me.

That's the whole difference. I start with the person, me first, then you, and I put the human ahead of everything else, always. Not the pitch. Not the system. The person.

My team proved that on themselves before they ever touched a client's business. Six weeks, on their own, nobody watching. Every week still starts with a real check-in, not a task list. And what I built to prove all of this, how to actually see what's true instead of running on a story, I give away for free. Forever. The Growth Hub, open right now.

I already did the work of getting it right. Now it's just here, for you.

Where the Standard Came From

I built the standard every operator on my team is held to.

I didn't come through it. I set it.

Twelve months, one person, five phases. I take what someone is actually carrying, in their own life and business, and work it until they no longer need me to see it clearly for them.

If you need a private service, I have a program for that as well.

What Every Operator Went Through

Everyone on my team completed the CGS Elite Certification before they touched a client's business. Six weeks, self-guided. I wasn't watching.

Data gathering and analysis. Market research. Systems and workflow. Client communication. Client tracking. Delegation and documented process.

Each week ends with a measured task. If the standard isn't met, it's redone before moving forward. I don't let anyone pass through.

I measured every skill area before and after, and every one of them moved. Not a little. My first graduating class was fully integrated into CGS operations, and three of them moved into leadership roles.

What Holds Daily

The bar isn't something I let anyone meet once and shelve. It's a rhythm, not a one-time thing to prove and forget.

I have my team log work daily. You can check it. I send reports out weekly, to every client, whether or not it was asked for. I'll sit down with you if you want that too, it's not required to get the reporting.

None of this changes based on who's watching. You don't have to be the one watching. The record stays ongoing, always.

The Governance Layer

I put the rules in place before the work begins.

01

Every person signed before they had access

Nobody on my team touches a client's business without a binding acknowledgment on file. Not one exception. I confirm it before the first task runs.

02

A live access record maintained throughout

Who has access. What level. When it was granted. When it ends. I keep it current for the life of every engagement, not a one-time document.

03

An incident response path already exists

If something goes wrong, I've already defined the path. No improvising. No guessing. The steps exist before they're ever needed.

04

Data and AI usage handled with a public standard

I built a written standard for how data and AI get used, for every client, every operator, every engagement. It's public. No fine print.

The Team

This is the CGS team. We come in and do what needs getting done, without you managing us.

Not names on a page to me. People I watch write, reflect, and grow in the open, every week, where anyone can see it. What they do, not what they say they'll do.

“I am here. I see. I feel. I learn. I love. I integrate. I am. And I repeat.”

Operations. Governance

“We spend years acquiring information, opinions, and ways of working. Real growth often comes from the opposite process: unlearning habits and beliefs that no longer serve us.”

Client Operations. Brand

“Always start your day by choosing yourself. Prioritizing your peace first thing in the morning sets the tone for everything else. Give yourself something clear to achieve. Hitting that target builds momentum, and over time, it just becomes part of who you are.”

Mark Sumugat, Outreach and Client Operations at CGS Global

Outreach. Client Operations

“Big goals are achieved through small daily actions repeated consistently over time. What small action could improve your future today?”

This isn't the only thing they've written. It's what they wrote this month, in a space I keep open, the same one you can be part of.

Come sit in the Growth Hub. See the rest of what they've written, watch how the reflection actually happens week to week, and bring your own.

Whatever you're carrying

Tell me what's happening. I'll find where it belongs, and whether this is the right place to put it down.
