You have something you can't see clearly enough to move. A business. A decision. A pattern you keep repeating. A direction you can't quite name.
This is a year of working through that, one on one, until you can see it and handle it yourself.
Not advice from a distance. Not a course you finish alone. A private mentorship, in your actual life, until you no longer need the help.
See clearly. Find what matters. Test it in real life. Build something that holds it. Stop needing someone else to see it for you.
That's the whole method. It doesn't change by subject. A business problem and a relationship problem get looked at the same way.
You get watched, not judged. Where your attention goes, what you keep missing, what you say you want versus what you actually do. A clear picture of where you really are, built from what happens, not from what you report.
You learn to tell the difference between what you want and what you were taught to want. Between a real problem and one you're just used to carrying. You leave this stage with a way to decide, on your own.
What you can now see gets turned into something real. A system. A habit. A boundary. A way of working that holds without you having to force it every day.
You start doing the seeing yourself. You bring what you noticed before you're told what it means. Correction only happens where it's actually needed.
Support pulls back on purpose. You show you can see without waiting, decide without being told, and keep going when no one's watching.
You need something real at stake. This isn't for motivation. It's for people already living the problem.
The program is the same either way. What changes is who pays, and how.
You cover the program yourself. Applications open year-round.
$120,000, paid upfront
A sponsor, a foundation, a company, or CGS itself can cover the cost for the right candidate. In exchange, the program shares in a percentage of what you go on to build. The terms are set together, before the year starts, so both sides know exactly what's agreed.
If you already have real work or a real business, you can offer a share of what it's worth instead of paying the full fee in cash. This is worked out with you directly, case by case.
Applications are read personally. Not everyone who applies gets in, and that's on purpose.
Tell us:
If it's a fit, you'll be invited to talk. If not, you'll be told clearly.
Tell me what's happening. I'll tell you where it belongs, and whether this is the place to put it down.
